Project Co-ordinator/ Site Supervisor
- Shah Alam, Selangor
- Full Time
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the project team in coordination on site
- Assist in the day-to-day duties of a project’s administration
- Coordinate documentation, plans and specifications with the drafting department
- Prepare project progress reports, delivery & installation schedules, O&M Manuals etc.
- Ensure delivery & handover of projects meet contract deadlines
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants, Main Contractor, Sub-Contractors, Trade Suppliers and Authorities
- Independent, pro-active and prepared to travel to different work sites
- Own transport required
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma Holder or degree a plus
- 1–2 years in site supervision/coordination at building construction (plumbing and electrical knowledge)
- Experience in project design and implementation a plus
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (verbal and written)
- Willing to work irregular hours when necessary
- Independent, self-motivated, honest, with strong problem-solving skills
- Computer literate in MS Word / Excel / AutoCAD
Service Technician
